Bill Payer Name and Address:
Shows the name and address of the person responsible for bill payment.

Specifies current meter usage (consumption).

Payment Coupon:
Please tear off and remit this coupon with your payment in the envelope provided if mailing payment via USPS.

Account Number:
Your City of Duncanville account number. You will need your account number from your billing statement to signup for Online Billing.

The date the bill is due to avoid penalty.
